I think a following scenario might result in a male first evicteé:

First nominee: "He´s so fit" -guy. Heartthrob.
Second nominee: Blonde pretty and sexy girl with a heart of gold. Very funny.
Third nominee: Biggest douché ever without any redeemable qualities. Insults everything that moves, is very mean and blunt and hurtful towards other housemates, especially the women.
Fourth nominee: Nice guy, but very boring. Average looking.

But then again maybe the girl would still go...
