It was aimed at Raph who hates all recruits, and yet goes against his beloved opinion by saying she's the best housemate of the series.
A bit hypocritical. It wasn't a dig at Toya as a housemate.
I do think she's overrated on here though. I like her, but all this Queen Toya malarkey is ridiculous. But, you like every single black female, regardless of how horrible some have been in the past.
