If they had said he'd been removed for continuous harassment of Joel then people wouldn't be reacting the way they are. It's just really unprofessional on BB's part.

Continuous Harassment indicates there was a chance for a warning in there, as in, Aaron harassed Joel, BB warned him about his behavior and reminded him about appropriate/ inappropriate actions... Aaron Harassed Joel again.
This deserved a strong warning... not instant eviction
