Again, I'm talking about JOEL and DANNY. The "victim" in both scenarios are what determine the situation. Joel was uncomfortable and asked Aaron to stop but he didn't. Danny joined in and laughed jokingly with Marc about it.

Two housemates messing about is not the same as one housemate invading another's personal space uninvited and making them uncomfortable.
