Aaron crossed the line. Marc didn't, or no housemates have complained of his behavior yet. Even Chloe said she didnt give a crap about what he said...

Anyway, its possible BB has learnt from their mistakes and realised if they had told Aaron to go to bed as soon as Joel said no..they wouldn't have had to kick him out
