She's a normal HM for the most part, she seems to get on well with most of them, she doesn't seem to be aggressive or out looking for fights, she doesn't take herself too seriously and is smiling most of the time.
So she likes to take her top off, its shocking the first time, but its not the worst thing that a person can do and its fairly standard for men.
The only argument against it is that its wrong for women to go topless which is basically a social sexism issue. On almost any other topic there would be riots if a girl was told she couldn't do something that a man could. But not this.
