The difference is that the woman who smothered the man intended to kill him (although she claimed it was a mercy killing), and the disgusting pair who killed that beautiful little girl would have argued that their intent was not to kill. One was found guilty of murder, and the other two of cruelty. They were different crimes. I'm not saying it's right. The two who killed the child would never, ever get out if it was up to me.

Oh yes,I get that now you point it out Livia,,but it seems so bad that a childs life is taken away brutally and hardly any sentence given, I do think it should be a life for a life.
