Fair or not, obvious they can't take Marc down so they're going after his ally.
Even before Eileen went Joel was dishing out the advice to Jack.
Now don't mind the gameplaying or backstabbing at all.
Just they appear so damn serious, paranoid and unhappy.
For some of them it feels like (as the final draws nearer), it's got to a point that the "fun" has gone for them, winning is all that matters and they've lost the plot a bit.

They already have taken Marc down, remember the killing with kindness plan, its worked as he is nowhere as bad as he was and that's all to do with them not rising to the bait.
