Why not? The House Next Door was used three times, and that's one of the most popular ones. The more mileage they can get out of a secret room and make it seem less like something they'd made up on the spot (hi Perez and your half-finished room), the better.

Yes, but that was different.

It was used as part of the Prison Task, and then for the ex-housemates.

I don't see how it was different. It was a rare twist in the sense that they kept it going for more than a week - plus, Sophie, Sam and Dan were in there because of the twist where they assumed they were safe (what with it being called the Safe House and all) but weren't.

Those were crap twists, which didn't really play a big part in the series or house dynamics, themselves.

It wouldn't have a made a difference if they carried them out or not.
