When Jade and Nick were lying by the pool and Marc was purposely splashing them after supposedly doing it 'accidentally' all while taunting Joel and then laughing and stuff when they eventually moved away, that to me was blatant bully tactics trying to intimidate someone who Marc sees that isn't scared of him and i really didn't like it.

Up until that moment i would have agreed that he wasn't a bully, but that whole scenario, imo, showed bully tendencies.

I could be wrong, but to me that would only be bullying if the person or persons WERE scared of Marc.

And how do we know that some of them aren't frightened of Marc? I could name a number of them that I believe are afraid of him.
