..it's only people themselves though decide, this is ok but that's not or that's 'worse' than this etc..everyone will have their own 'boundaries' and judgements with that..and obviously if Marc has said that about Harry then he's just casting his own judgement but yes hypocritical because of what they both do...he has decided that what she does deserves some kind of contempt while deeming what he does ok..whatever people's own opinions are, that's still judgemental and hypocritical of him...
