I refuse to watch BBOTS (can't stand show or presenter) but yes I agree you can tell he has lost weight, you could tell during the main show when the boys were doing their dance routine.
I would just like to add, I think it cruel and ignorant when some people on here use his weight/body type to make jibes. Fine if you don't like his personality or his behaviour but don't make throw away comments about his weight.
