Marc is a smart guy and see Harry is taking advantage of a young boy of 19 and he cannot do anything to stop it except to have Harry evicted and nick to get his freedom back.In real world male as Nick will be taken advantage and fleece of their money by money grabber like Harry who already knows he is a rich boy.
