But what Jack "already thinks" is irrelevent to the point being made that Nikki is being spiteful. Yes, he already thinks he's popular, but Nikki is intentionally building this up even more just to take the piss out of him.

She might be "having fun", she seemed to be having a lot of fun in 2006 when she suggested hiding Shahbaz's clothes to "hurt him more", too. Shame she can't have fun without it being at someone else's expense.

I know I know...I keep flip flopping between feeling incredibly sorry for him, and thinking how funny it will be. When it comes to it though, I probably won't find it funny as it will probably completely crush him. I just hate when housemates get it into their heads that they are definitely going to win, and thats jack all over :S

Yeah i know what you mean and Jack was already turning pretty dickish he was that sure of himself.....it still is very cruel though. The question about the adoring fans was funny but I think that's where the line should have been drawn.

She has defended herself in response to the relentless attacks which have been far more vicious than anything Nikki has said and done to anyone.

It probably wouldn't. The problem people have always had with Helen is that she is so in your face and aggressive it is offputting. If she did anything a little more subtle and clever people would almost be impressed. But that's not her style.

But I repeat that the double standards, if there are any, is the attitude towards the girls on this show and the attitude towards Marc who can get away with being the biggest bully in there.
