If it's costing you that much, it may sting, but just pay them off in cash to vacate the property. If they refuse - pay that money to someone else to convince them (the people you hire will probably already know them).
Then, ffs truth, start interviewing your prospective tenants and be more selective. It's not THAT hard to spot these people. |
