I seriously doubt it. We had all of this 'I will give her hell' in BB7 with Lea I think it was..had a small argument shouting across the room at each other while Aisleyne stood behind Pete (?) and it ended in Ash apologizing

Helen is the very definition of vile and Nikki has been on BB like 5 times.
