This is what I really don't get. People seem to excuse how horrific she is by saying she speaks her mind etc but she doesn't just speak her mind she goes waaaay further and feels the need to hurt people and get them upset.

Helen is awful. Anybody with a lick of sense knows that. Doesn't make what was said back to her any better.
