If it lasted longer or came from nowhere, happens to that extent more often or threw something heavier, then maybe. But as it stands it was 20 seconds of shouting at a man who deserved it. A warning was appropriate.

Also don't think he was 'undeniably goaded' given he wasn't even part of the convo that 'upset' him. He purposely tried to goad MARC actually with his 'what you going to do?!' rubbish. Then when it didn't work, he lost HIS temper and got aggressive
