Agreed completely. I doubt people get over the death of their parents EVER, nevermind in a few years. I know my mum still grieves over my grandad and he died 10 years back.

Slightly odd though how she said it was last year. But again, could be reasons for that.

I think the point Kazanne is trying to make is that it was Aisleyne who made it emotional for herself by mentioning her mum in the first place, and indeed putting her memory in the context of an argument where it wasn't relevant

I can't at people going at her because she mentioned her dead mother. It's disgusting.

..I just can't imagine if it was one of my parents and I had, had no relationship with them for several years and then didn't know when they were terminally ill so never had the chance to talk to them again....how incredibly emotionally damaging that would be and she's still quite a young person so I think personally it would be something that I wouldn't take as a 'lie' as such ....

Oh I'm not taking that as a lie

Just the Judge Rinder stuff

I think the reason she said all the swearing down stuff was because she panicked in the heat of the moment, on being caught out on a lie she had admitted seconds earlier :S Then the emotional stuff was more that she felt **** for swearing down...as it brought up bad feelings

Well lets face it if Helen had done the same ,you would be putting your disgust at her pretty verbally.

Don't presume what I would do. My only problem with Helen is the fact she's a nasty little slapper. Aisleyne isn't

..yeah I would go with that, the panic thing and then just leading to confusion as there were sop many deep emotional associations ...probably with her friend who she'd given money to as well plus her mum and their relationship...
