The problem Cristian has is he doesn't believe what he's saying himself He's trotting out Danny's rehashed opinion. If he truly believed what he was saying then there'd be no need to slap his hands to reinforce his point.
He should just come out and say "I despise Marc" because then we might be seeing some truth.
If Danny started to favour Marc again then Cristian would be following along like the lap dog he is. Remember his speech when he thought Marc had left
"He really brought out the best in me"
