Besides he was warned in DR so he knows full well he did antagonize Brian, and doesn't need any further proof. He basically uses the fact that no one in the house (except for Joel) knows how to argue. Most of them are too scared to really confront him, and the one that clearly isn't scared, is also clearly too dumb to argue (why argue when he can chuck stuff at Marc).
Joel would easily be able to come up with proof, such as "you called him a psycho, you called Nikki a weirdo" or some such, but he has crawled up Joel's a.. so deep that Joel can't even see him nor hear him any more, and has no need to prove him wrong now, nor he cares for what's right or wrong as long as he gets the last say. And after his mom smooched Marc, there won't be any arguing going on there.

Don't you think the reason he befriended Joel was because he knew that he would be the only one to be able to put him right and give him examples of all that he has done?
I really hope Joels Mother realises how foolish she was.
