The "you better not be talking about me" was in complete context and was not at all a threat (obviously) to a discussion between Joel and Marc where Marc was saying he may or may not have something to say about the housemates when he became "off shift" as a hotel employee whilst looking in aisleynes direction.
After aisleynes comment, Marc told aisleyne that she had issues.
To me, in this example alone, it is 1000% evidently clear that Marc started the argument, and to me, it's so obvious that it is not even debatable so I won't reply to any more excuses for Marc you have ready and lined up.
