I don't think it showed more aggression than Danny and he only got a warning.. There might be a better camera angle that will show Joel throwing grapes, but from what I saw it wasn't worse than Danny's so deserves a less severe punishment. A warning at worst.

Since Danny wasn´t ejected for throwing a sandwich at someone, then Joel shouldn´t for throwing a pastry.
