That was the task though, they were the guests who get all the pampering and the others the staff who don't.
That was how it was supposed to be.

I think it says a lot that even Jacks 'best' friend,(if it is possible to have best friends in the BB house), was mad at the thought of the task being sabotaged by Jack too.

They were all,or most anyway, trying to get the best as to food for 'everyone' in the task after all.
