So what if he knows various people who have been in the house at one point? It'd be completely different if he knew people involved with production that could actually ensure he makes it far in the game.

How is that any different to the Legends giving Marc feedback when they first met in the bunker? Or other former HM's passing information onto their favourites?

Because none of them knew Marc before. Whilst James is a friend of Danny's with his best interests at heart

To be fair though. Marc did know jade before and had already been on a reality show in ireland.

I don't think all of this is just limited to Danny.

Danny is probably the worst case of it I have seen though. And it must have been happening for a while. Marlon is in that list. No doubt he got in last year because of all these connections.
