It’s kicked off in the Big Brother 2015 house once more following the biggest cash bomb twist yet.
This evening saw the group each given the chance to win £5,000 for themselves, in cash, regardless of whether or not they won the show.
The task began as each housemate was asked to select a random ball from box. The balls were numbered and this represented the order in which the housemates would be called to the Diary Room.
The first four housemates – Sam, Jack, Joel and Chloe were asked by Big Brother in private whether or not they wanted to add £5,000 to the prize pot or keep it for themselves.
The next four housemates – Danny, Harry, Cristian and Nick – then each had to guess what one of the other four housemates chose to do with the £5,000.
If they guessed correctly then they would get to decide whether or not to keep the £5,000 for themselves or the add it to the prize fund.
But guess incorrectly the the decision that the other housemate made would stick.
Chloe was offered the £5,000 and decided to keep it for herself, despite moaning just yesterday about Sam and Jack spending £100 on their suitcases.
Unsurprisingly, the choice proved controversial with Danny Wisker complaining: “I’m disappointed in some people’s decisions but each to their own.”
He told Chloe: “I’ll be honest , I thought you’d be the last person to say that, I’m not cross everything you’ve argued for, completely useless now.”
Chloe had quite a few excuses, first claiming she thought everyone would be getting £5,000, then suggesting that she tried to change her mind before finally bringing up Jack spending £4,000 on football scores (that he never did).
The rest of the results from the task will be revealed in Thursday night’s show on Channel 5.
