It's hypocritical for sure but it's absolutely the right thing to do. Split the pot among as many housemates as possible so they all get something. If you are offered 5k you should take it.

However Jack didn't go through with his order and Joel asked for something for the house. Also eating the fast food would have been a benefit to the whole group, not one person. What she did is "worse" than the pizza etc in my opinion because it was a selfish act. It's one that any and everyone should do, after all it's a gameshow, but to criticize others for spending money on a sharer and then take cash for yourself is rather dumb.
