What signs? The only possible sign he is gay if he actually says "I'm gay". Unless you're talking about him acting 'camp', which you will find has no correlation to someone's sexuality and even more shockingly, homosexual men can enjoy activities such ash football which defy the gay stereotype (because that's what they are, stereotypes, and the personality of someone doesn't determine their sexuality)
