Like Mercedes, Clare is one of Hollyoaks biggest icons. Clare is pure evil and money is her one true love. Clare survived being pushed off a balcony, plunging into a lake and a fire but met her anticlimactic demise after being run over by Doctor Browning.

Petemitch as Mitzeee Minniver

Thats Mitzeee with three e's! Mitzeee came into the show as a huge bitch and it looked like Mercedes had met her match. As time went on though Mitzeee became a hero in the village and her personality softened after falling in love with distant cousin Riley. Her happiness was short lived after Riley was shot in the middle of the village.

Ross as Lynsey Nolan

Lynsey was a tragic heroine. The fun loving nurse was the key player in the downfall of Silas but him being sent to prison was bitter sweet. Lynsey was found dead less than a year after Silas was locked away after she was murdered by Doctor Browning.

Marsh as Silas Blisset

Did somebody say Richard Hillman? Silas came into the show as a villain after murdering India Longford. The villain kept a mass cull under neath his belt after murdering Jenny and Rae after India. Him mistakingly murdering his daughter after believing she was Texas caused him to hand himself in.

Who Is She? as Jacqui McQueen

Fierce, scary and hard as nails. Jacqui should be a villain but her tough exterior was a facade and deep down Jacqui had a heart of gold.

Jarrod as Ste Hay

Ste came into the show as Amy Barnes abusive boyfriend. It took Brendan Bradys arrival for the Ste we know and love to shine through.

Reece as Sinead O'Connor

Loudmouthed and brassy Sinead has developed herself as a figure on Hollyoaks. She can be a bitch at times but actually deep down lies a heart of hold. Sinead will bow out of Hollyoaks later this year after Stephanie Davies turned up drunk on set

Margarine as Maddie Morrison

Queen bee Maddie was Hollyoaks version of Regina George. She met her demise after her ruthless bullying of Esther Bloom caused karma to show her ugly face and Maddie was killed in a final destination style death after being hit by a falling car door

Tom as Tom Cunningham

15 going on 50. Tom has always had his head above his shoulders and acts older than he is. He has lead a tragic life but still remains to be a good kid

Brenda as Blessing Chambers

Blessing was pure comedy gold from the start. Blessing found herself helplessly in love with local clown Dennis but she held a dark secret that really she was a boy. Blessing and Dennis got through their trouble and strife and are leading a now happy life.

Vanessa as Cheryl Brady

Cheryl was always after a man in her life. She wanted every man in the village and she was successful with some! Cheryl's true love was her brother though and she would do anything for him even kill her own father to save him.

Amy Jade as Texas Longford

Beautiful inside and out Texas was true gem but her naivety led to her demise. Local heartthrob Dodger was always the one for her but her pity for his brother Will got the better of her and she married him inside. Her marriage was short lived after Texas plunged to her death on her wedding day at the hands of her new husband.

Lostie as Amy Barnes

She lead an eventful life in the village tackling post natal depression, abuse and teenage pregnancy. She always got back up when she got knocked down though and she found happiness in South Africa.

Ammi as Carmel McQueen

The nicest and most selfless of the McQueen family. Carmel was the villages local sweetheart and was loved by everyone around her. Carmel met her unfortunate demise at her cousin Porsches wedding and bid a tearful goodbye to her family.

GypsyGoth as Ash Kane

A kind and intelligent girl with a mysterious and rebellious edge. Ash's fate was sealed after taking pity on Will much like Texas

Adam as Phoebe McQueen

She came into the show and was took under Jacqui's wing. She learned to become a McQueen and was one at heart but she knew right from wrong and stood up for what she believed in. Phoebe was murdered by the gloved hand killer earlier this her after being admitted to hospital.

jackc1806 as Harry Hutchinson

Harry is nice enough but he is keeping people under false pretence that he is not gay. Like most soap secrets it seems like it won't be long till people find out...

Josiah as Lockie Campbell

Lockie is a fresh face on the scene but his flirtatious and charming nature is certainly a hit in the village! He's managed to get in John Paul, Mercedes and Diane's pants already!

Niamh as Mandy Richardson

She held the key to Tony's heart and she knew it! Mandy and Tony's turbulent relationship had many ups and downs but Mandy realised that he couldn't chase her forever so bid farewell to Hollyoaks and to Tony forever.

Tony is Hollyoaks answer to Ken Barlow and Ian Beale he won't leave! He always has a new business idea up his sleeve but they often fail terribly. Tony has certainly had luck with the women though!

When she discovered that her fiancée Warren had murdered Sean, Louise went hell bent on revenge. She planned to murder Warren on their wedding day but ended up in the coffin instead of him...

Despite Hollyoaks being full of murderers, Frankie often can be public enemy number one. Her strong opinions and sharp tongue leave many of her punters with a sour taste in their mouth.

MB as Michaela McQueen

The baby of the McQueen family Michaela was always one for trouble. Her favourite pass time was causing trouble in the village and her family struggled to keep her under control. Like most McQueens though Michaela was really a nice person deep down.

BB6 as Steph Cunningham

Fame hungry and male hungry Steph lead a tragic tale in Hollyoaks. She often found herself being knocked down when things were on the up for her. Steph was killed in a fire after committing suicide not long after she had been told she had terminal cancer.

Will1999 as Celine McQueen

Ditzy yet sweet Celine is one of the newest McQueen members. She cares a lot for others and tries her best to keep everyone happy. Her relationship with her sister Porsche is pretty tight.

Mitchell as Tilly Evans

Intelligent and kind Tilly was the nicest and most likeable of the sixth form group. After helping Esther through her bullying ordeal the pair found love but Tilly wanted to lead a different life so ran away from Hollyoaks with Chloe Chance

Saph as Porsche McQueen

Sassy, flirty and incredibly feisty Porsche is a McQueen through and through. Her personality though can sometimes be a front after a troubled upbringing Porsche is reluctant to believe and trust those around her.

Liam- as Doctor Browning

Doctor Browning had an unhealthy obsession over vixen Mercedes and would do anything to keep her and their relationship safe. Including making many deadly decisions. Doctor Browning was murdered by three of his victims Lindsey Butterfield, Cindy Cunningham and Mercedes after attempting to kidnap Mercedes.

Raph as John Paul McQueen

Along with Carmel, John Paul is the most sensible of the McQueen family. John Paul was involved in one of Hollyoaks biggest ever storylines McDean which saw him enter a secret relationship with best friend Craig. After growing up with all them women in the house though what do you expect!

Mokka as Zoe Carpenter

Zoe had a father and his daughter both at her feet begging for her love. Sarah was the one for her though. After Sarah died in a tragic sky diving incident Zoe was imprisoned wrongly but determined to prove her innocence she set up a master plan which worked perfectly.

Rose McGowan as Scott Drinkwell

Loud an irritant and a diva with an ego twice the size of Mariah's! Scott has caused enough trouble in the village to make anyone want to strangle him to death.

Natalie as Maxine Minniver

Maxine is one of the loveliest people you could ever meet! Unfortunately for her her need for a man in her life caused her to allow her partner Patrick to abuse her for months but Maxine finally came clean in the end much to everyone's delight.

AshRley as Simone Loveday

A fierce and catty piece of work nobody gets in Simone's way and she makes that pretty clear. Simone is a snob and overprotective of her son Zach. Her personality though has been built upon many years of pain after her daughter Liza was abducted.
