Still don't get why they didn't formally eject him then? They would have thought at some reason surely

Because there were already people up in arms over Jeremy being (rightfully) ejected for drunkenly coming onto Chloe and Ken being (rightfully) ejected for being Ken Morley, so god knows what would have gone down had Alexander been ejected for... um... Perez Hilton?

(also Alexander relapsed after the show so maybe this was for the best after all)

They thought Perez was bringing in the viewers (lol) (that or they paid him a stupid amount of money that meant he had to be milked for all his worth) (also lol) and so did anything that would stop him from walking - including a last-minute secret room twist that made sentence to literally nobody

...again, the show made him relapse on crack so perhaps keeping him in there with Perez wouldn't have been the wisest of moves, despite what Alexander would protest

Any housemate that is successful in making me switch off is instantly a terrible housemate. Being loud and obnoxious does not equal being entertaining. I'd take a house full of Alexanders over one Perez any day.
