Because she wants to? Surely if she was that attention seeking she wouldn't wear false eye lashes at all. Maybe she finds wigs uncomfortable? Maybe she thinks wigs look stupid? maybe she just doesn't mind the look of her bald head? Whatever the reason it's completely hers to make

Gail Porter has never tried to hide her condition...for that I admire her. It does bring awareness.
Gail also made it clear she suffers from OCD and will probably be clearing up after everyone.
However, unpacking Janice's clothes and changing her bed sheets is IMO being subservient. If Janice was feeling unwell, then fair enough, but she wasn't. Tidying up is one thing but playing 'servant' is another. It won't do her any favours but it will only magnify Janice's Diva qualities which will just make her more popular with the public.
If Gail continues to run around after people cleaning up it will not only be seen as a ploy to avoid nominations but she will avoid interaction. I think she is a nice enough person but I don't think she has much to offer other than her story...

..many housemates have worn hats in the house on a regular basis..but it's only questioned if that housemate happens to be bald..I would think that she wears it because she looks good in it and she looks good without it as well...

I don't think a floppy gray hat does look that great indoors on women, I agree she looks good without it.
