We all heard nursery rhymes as children (I assume), so what do you remember being your favorite OT?
Mine would be Ring a Ring o' Roses/Ring Around the Rosie. I used to chant it all the time, even after I found out it was about the plague. Sometimes I can't help myself and I'll start singing it again. :lol: Since there's often different versions, here's the one I grew up with: Ring around the rosey, A pocketful of posies. ashes, ashes. We all fall down. When our mother calls us, We all jump up! |
