That was ****ing AWFUL. They were too concerned with setting up the next series that this series had no real conclusion. It was crap and it's really put me off watching S2 if they're just gonna stretch this **** out.

Each series should be it's own story with it's own characters, the writers were too scared to do anything daring because they had to keep characters and plotlines open for the next series.

Woeful, I doubt I'll watch S2 after that ****.

I agree. I could handle it this time around because at least one killers identity was revealed ...but it reminded me a little bit of The Killing when they tried to drag the same case on for two full seasons. I'm not sure I can bring myself to get invested in the same characters again with a TV show like this for another 10 episodes.
