You can't say he's not nasty though just because he shaved his head lmao. It's entirely possible for someone to shave their head "in solidarity" for someone else (even though I'm sure this isn't a big deal for Austin since he's probably donned a shaved head before so it's just a fun haircut for him) and still be generally nasty and self-serving. So you can flip it around then and say just because he made a negative comment about Janice doesn't mean he's a nasty person?

He did something kind, that doesn't mean he is and he said something 'nasty' (if people really want to use that word, I call it truthful) and it doesn't mean he is. There are elements of both in everyone.
