That's your opinion but I rarely call housemates names or show hatred toward them so that shows how lowly I think of Jenna, (and to a point Farrah) but the things she says about others is awful and she goes for the kill every time by saying the most nasty hurtful things she can about them, she isn't as up front as she would have others believe either, she sits and drip feeds Farrah up with the nastiness then sits back and lets Farrah speak out and allows her to take the brunt of the blame for it.
