It's like a married straight guy would enter a bed with a female hm naked (or vise versa), have a bath with her and flirt with her a lot - I think it's disrespecting in a way.
I'm not saying they should not hug and spend time together, there's nothing wrong with that, but do it to a certain extent.
I think Austin needs to hold back a little bit.
