Perez was more like a Shahbaz figure, EVERYONE was talking about him in the house, he made few proper bonds, one with Nadia and that's really it, he got a shed load of nominations and was highly anti-social. Austin is pretty good friends with most people except Chloe and Janice and is very social and knows how to get on with people. They really couldn't be more different/

I would say Farrah is more this series' Perez.

I took Hopkins' side even though I also dislike her because well Perez was saved against Alicia by 1% and I blame him being alive for that.
