Well really he doesn't throw his toys out the pram since he does all the tasks with dedication even if its clear they are losing..
Even tonight, he stayed and saw this task through, the only person who throws their toys out the pram as to anyhting they don't want to do is Janice.

Just as she did in the servants task with the Royal Butler too,not pulling her weight there again either.
