Like you,I don't think she is kooky at all, I think she knows totally all she is doing and why and to who she is doing it to as well.
She is just plain awful.

but she accidentally messed up a task, how can shouting at her for that be justified. Even if she is playing a game he has no right to speak to her like that he should just leave her.

Accidentally she heard there was a luxury prize and couldn't get in the living area fast enough to claim it for herself.
