Jenna and James were not 'having it out' because as you well know Jenna wouldn't let him get a word in. He hardly got two words out the whole time she was spouting. He told her to keep out of it and started asking Austin a question at which point both Austin and Jenna both started yapping at him together. James handles arguments brilliantly actually. He never yells or gets nasty and he knows when to stay and when to walk away because it is useless to try to talk to people who are going on and on about the same thing or talking over you.

James always does the talking and he goes over the same few sentences all the time, so I imagine people tire of it. Jenna was trying to make him understand and see it from her point of view, which I'm still not really sure he did. It's not Austin's fault if Jenna sits there and defends him It's not like he asks her to or follows her everywhere she goes, if anything it's the other way round. It's a shame James hadn't learnt to handle arguments so well on The Apprentice.
