Interesting response from the forum considering from what little information has been leaked it seems like it was Farrah who threw the glass that hit Vicki Michelle. As much as I think Aisleyne should be banned from BOTS forever I'm struggling on how she can be charged with anything.

It is but would you be charged if you threw a drink in an random persons face? You most definitely would be charged if you threw a glass and that injured someone. I'm just saying that Farrahs case isnt very water tight.

Yes you could be, if the person pressed charges.

But this wasn't a random person, Aisleyne threatened to do it on Twitter. It's even more incriminating the stupid bitch deleted the tweet AFTER she carried out her threat.

I am by no means trying to say Farrah is blameless but her actions were reactions to Aisleyne throwing something at Farrah - had Aisleyne not started the incident there would have been no smashed glasses thrown.
