Men and women are physiologically different, yes, but the only reason women aren't allowed to be topless in public is because as a society we've sexualised boobs. They aren't inherently sexual, they exist mainly to feed children.

There is absolutely no reason why men and women shouldn't both be allowed to go topless - or even naked for that reason, in most public places. Live and let live, etc etc.

They're just tits. What about women crying rape because they regret a one night stand? What about women who believe that they should remain housewives because ~that's the way it's meant to be~? What about women who join in perpetuating the abuse and degradation of other women based upon the way they look? Yes men and womens nipples are different.Women's are bigger and more suckable and less hairy round the outside and they go browner when the woman is pregnant.Womens nipples are beautiful things and they need fresh air too.
I don't have any problem with women being topless.I embrace it.As Kizzy said if you go on holiday to Europe the beaches are tit-tastic.
