Default Do you think that you've changed?

And if so do you think that it's for the better or for worse? For me personally I feel that I've changed for the better as I take to more wider ranges of jokes than I used to, I've gained more in confidence, and on TIBB I stopped taking everything to heart, I always wonder was I allowed on the Forum too young at 13, or is it a good way to experience different types of people with different thought processes? I also remember that my Brother used to try and help me out with my posts on here at first because I was so bad in social situations.

The only thing that I feel that I'm worse for as I've got older is my temper, I'm far less tolerant of annoying behaviour and habits than I used to be.

Anyway what's your answer?

..these are just phases and balances Mock..the tolerant and the intolerant and all forming our understandings through life....anyways no...I'm a little older than I was yesterday is all...

I think I've changed loads from about 19 up to a couple of years ago because that's when I moved out, and I think you do most of your changing in your early 20's anyway, discovering the world etc (depending on who you are - I think I was relatively sheltered as a child). If I ever see old school friends they always tell me how different I am. But I haven't noticed much of a change in myself in the last couple of years.

..I don't think that it's so much, changing Jamie...but more in realising yourself more ..as much as we love our families, it's often that we have to distance ourselves from them, to do that...to start to discover ourselves independently from them...

Yeah I agree with that actually. You think that you've changed because people say you seem different but you're right, it's more just discovering your true self probably.

I've changed a lot from my early teens. Physically as well as mentally.

I think I used to lack confidence and I was very quick to put myself down or allow others to put me down and I'd laugh but then cry at home over it in private but now I stick up for myself and I'll confront it head on.

Physically I've slimmed down a LOT, I take a much more active interest in Mt eating habits and I take dance classes twice a week as well as using the gym we have at home.

I know I've changed. I was born a bit of an assole who most people on forums hated. Now I'm an entire assole who everyone on forums hates.

Oh and my paranoia has grown worse.

Yes, an ever evolving Chameleon here.
We all change and adapt at different stages in our lives, we try to fit into the situation we find ourselves in to make life easier at times as well.

I would be more likely to be found Pming ex Mrs LT congratulating her on a lucky escape

As Smudgie has said we do change over the years, the biggest change during the teenage years when both body and mind are changing from childhood to adulthood and later in life when people get less tolerant

On here, not really tbh

IRL...I am much more tolerant of kids now that I have kids I was one of those who would moan on if I was out for a meal and a kid was screaming on. I now realise sometimes its quite unavoidable, though if they are having a full blown tantrum I do tend to take them outside to chill rather than let them disrupt everyone.

I also find I am MUCH less tolerant of adults, oddly enough
