Spoiler: Anyway RE why she couldn't remove the tattoo, the guy told Clara the only way to have it removed was to get it taken off or to pass it on, there was something else about a clause but I didn't understand that lol. I'm still holding out hope for Clara though, as she didn't run away from the raven and the man previously said 'why do they always run'
