I don't use twitter so i wouldn't know but i do know gifs are everywhere and even when Madonna queen of pop herself got dragged and fell on stage . the next day there was instantly gifs of it
It always happens with social media

and i hardly think anyone is out to hurt little rabbit in the headlight's Jay lol

i find it funny though that you would think that would magically ruin his chances of winning when it's already set for him to be in the final and a silly gif wont change that
