I think ben said it was 6 votes to get in the top 50 and you got 5 votes so you did really well, like it was so split amongst everyone it's just bad luck more than anything, so don't be too disappointed

It's disappointing to hear that you only wanted to create friendships here to get on an arbitrary list... and that the friendships you have made are meaningless to you outside of getting on the list.

I guess if that was your only goal, and it wasn't achieved, those friendships hold very little value to you in the long term

..Adam, there are a lot of people who are not in the 50 list who are extremely well liked/respected and have many friends here on the forum..they won't have any less friends and they won't be any less liked because they're not on the list and if they were on there..?../they wouldn't be any more liked or have any more friends either...it really makes no difference at all, it all changes depending on how many people vote etc and other factors but being on the list or not being there, doesn't alter anything about your time on the forum or how much enjoyment that you get out of it...or how people feel about you, I promise you...our friends remain the same, regardless of this...I hope that you stay here and carry on posting because there are people who would like you to and see you as a lovely asset to the forum..../please think about it, because it really doesn't mean anything that will have any effect on your forum time or pleasure...
