You have to try to understand how impossible to achieve and wholly ineffective your suggestion is Arista. Even "radical" needs to be real and workable. Then perhaps spend time researching reality based legal and effective ways of dealing with the whole crisis, instead of fantasising about ridiculous fences and killing people off.
