Default My ex bought me presents...
So we go to my Nan's for Christmas dinner so I was out all day and we all just got home and there's a bag in the porch and it's presents off my ex. I just opened it and it's perfume and chocolates

WHY? I don't even talk to him anymore, haven't since maybe...the start of November when I saw him in town and I sort of mumbled hello

I think this too. Enjoy the presents from him but be wary that he probably is trying to get you back, and baring in mind that he cheated, I'd be very cautious about going back to him.
