I like Eileen but she doesn't deserve to be top twenty five let alone top ten.

![]() Points: 70 Votes: 4 No. ---------- #=33 ![]() Points: 70 Votes: 3 Ah, Vanessa. Definitely one of the most memorable contestants from BB17, and she certainly ran a good portion of the game. It was just a shame that she was such a mess. Or depending on your view point, it was one of her best points. Either way, watching every episode end in a teary meltdown about… oh, god knows what, Austin realising she was planning to backdoor him or running out of Cap’n Crunch was certainly something most people won’t forget in a hurry. With Shelli and Clay out of the picture thanks to James and Becky, #humblebrag, the game soon turned back to Vanessa and her alliance of… well, everyone else except Jackie and Meg. So, naturally, Vanessa’s crew (I’ve already forgotten whichever crappy alliance name it was that they gave themselves. Scamper Squad? Idk) and they had the power until the end. So Vanessa was a dead cert to win, right? No, because Steve Moses happened. Still, at least we have Austin’s blindside to keep our memories of Vanessa largely positive. And so very teary. |

![]() Points: 74 Votes: 4 Choo choo! All aboard! She's worked Black Friday, y'know. Earlier, I spoke about how refreshing it was to see James just play the game, without concern for blindsides, backdoors, block battles, bings, bangs or bongs, and the same can be said for Becky “Remember The Time She Got Hit By That Train? That Was Funny, Wasn’t It?” Burgess. A quiet player in the early stages and could be described as somewhat of a floater – which isn’t an insult and those who think that it is need to go back to their Big Brother textbook and do some bloody revising – but Becky (aside from a few bits and pieces with John) really came to life during her HoH reign. Hell bent on targeting Vanessa, Becky shut down all offers of deals from her, knowing full well that nothing she could offer her could change her mind. And that was that. No last minute switches, no changes of plan, no secret alliances – she knew what she wanted to do and she stuck to it. Of course, this being Big Brother her plan didn’t quite come to fruition and the house ended up voting out Shelli instead (Becky herself was voted out a week later) but that’s besides the point. Becky, much as James did too, showed that modern Big Brother doesn’t have to be so complicated and convoluted. When you cut out the waffle, great things can happen. Or, in Becky's case, nearly happen. ---------- #=32 ![]() Points: 74 Votes: 3 Compared to season 6, the most recent run of RuPaul’s Drag Race won’t really go down in history as one of the greats. Someone who might, though? Enter Katya Zamolodchikova. A strong candidate throughout despite an early bottom two resulting in her having to lip sync for her life against Sasha Belle (and in front of Olivia Newton-John, no less), Katya eventually finished in fifth place. However, she was a popular queen with the public and was crowned Miss Congeniality in the finale, which I imagine means more than winning. Ish. Oh, and Katya was safe inside the top 10 at one point in the voting, just as an example of how up-and-down (and tight vote-wise) it’s been recently. Now, sashay away.
