Moon robot dog-shaped houses. There's a whole moon sitting up there doing nothing - why not send them there? I know it doesn't have oxygen, but if these were REAL refugees fleeing from REAL threats, they wouldn't be put off by not having oxygen would they? They'd be happy to have any place to go! So the real refugees will live on the dog moon base and all of the economic migrants will simply have to pack up their iPhones and Adidas Trainers and Jaguar Cars and go home.
